Psychotherapy is an effective way for individuals to make significant personal life changes. Within the context of a confidential therapeutic relationship, I partner with my clients to identify the issues, patterns and experiences that have led them to seek psychotherapy. Together we develop a personal treatment plan that identifies goals and sets realistic expectations. With warmth I guide my clients through their own discovery and healing process. Fostering resilience in the face of adversity, we collaborate to break time-worn patterns and create more adaptive coping strategies. With mutual commitment, honesty, and humor, psychotherapy can result in the lasting psychological, emotional and functional change that promotes a better quality of life.

I have worked as a clinical and consulting psychologist in Chicago for over twenty years. I provide psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and children in private practice and school settings. With more than two decades of experience, I am an established psychotherapist, psychological evaluator, client advocate and school consultant. I am easily accessible to clients, colleagues and other professionals via telephone and email. Office hours are available in Chicago's Loop near Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park. Consultations and speaking engagements available upon request.
