Psychotherapy is an effective way for individuals to make significant life changes. Within the context of a confidential therapeutic relationship, I partner with my clients to identify the issues, behavioral patterns, and life experiences that have led them to seek psychotherapy. Together we develop an individual treatment plan that identifies personal goals and sets realistic expectations. With warmth and an interactive style I guide my clients through their own discovery and healing process. Fostering resilience in the face of adversity, we collaborate to break time-worn patterns and create more adaptive coping strategies. With mutual commitment, honesty, and humor, psychotherapy can result in the lasting psychological, emotional, and functional change that promotes a better and more meaningful quality of life.
